| Orders that are placed after the 20th December are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Orders between the 24th and the 4th of January will be dispatched on the 5th January We are currently able to deliver within the UK MAINLAND only. Our standard rate is £4.99 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase.
If an item is in stock we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days however this may take slightly longer during busier periods. Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Courier. A signature may be required.
The company will do its best endeavours to supply goods within the specified delivery time. however, The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever suffered of caused through late delivery or non delivery.
Risk of loss and/or damage (but not title) to Goods supplied by The Company will pass to The Customer upon receipt of delivery.
The customer must make notification of short or over deliveries to The Company, in writing, within 5 working days of receipt of goods. The Company will not issue credits for any claims of short deliveries which are notified to The Company outside this period.
Your right to cancel:
At Marvins Magic we want to look after each of our customers. Occasionally we know that you may want to return items.
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days from the day on which the item is delivered.
To cancel this contract, please pack the relevant item securely, and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. |
